When working in counselling/therapy it is important you feel safe and trust your therapist, the relationship is based upon clear boundaries and contracting, reliability and consistency.  You will feel able to be open and honest in an environment that is non-judgmental, empathic and understanding.

My belief is that you are the expert of your own life, I can only facilitate the counselling/therapy to enable you to reach your full potential and overcome your struggles.
