Group workshops bring people together, usually with a common purpose, working supportively together in a group situation to work through and share experiences. This way of working can promote a sense of normality, belonging and connection with people who understand.
Group sessions can be suitable for people who know each other such as students, trainees, colleagues at work, or for individuals who are unknown to each other but share the same kind of problems such as addiction, bereavement, abuse, depression, work relationships or situations, etc.
If you would like to discuss arrangement and facilitation of a group session, please contact

We learn from hearing about it, seeing it done, then doing it ourselves.
